• Principal, Collins-Riverside Middle School (2005 - Present)
• Assistant Principal, Brookwood Middle School (2002 – 2005)
• Science Teacher, Hillcrest Middle School (1991 – 2002)
• Director and Co-director of Northport Baptist Summer Day Camp, K-6 (1993 – 2003)

Biography:

I was born in Tuscaloosa and have lived in Northport most all my life. I was fortunate to attend Tuscaloosa County Schools – Vestavia Elementary, Riverside Jr. High, and TCHS.   

My pride and joy is my wonderful son, Zachary, who was born in January of 2005.  I attend Northport Baptist Church and enjoy singing in the choir.  I have toured professionally as a musician and still enjoy working in various music ministries.  I am currently serving as keyboard player at Bellview Baptist Church in McCalla.  I am a fan of Univ. of AL. sports and especially enjoy watching the Crimson Tide football team.

I am indeed blessed and thankful to join such an exceptional team of educators and work with the wonderful students and parents at Collins-Riverside.  My desire is to help provide the very best education for each of our students and to promote a caring and nurturing learning environment that applauds morality, character and sportsmanship, as well as academic excellence and individual talents.
